About Plumber Swords

Who runs it

Plumber Swords is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. It is not a plumbing company.

What this site does

Plumber Swords does two things. It passes plumbing requests from homes in Swords and nearby (Malahide, Portmarnock, Donabate, Kinsealy, Lusk, Rush, Skerries, St Margaret's, Ballyboughal and The Ward) to one local plumber who covers the area. And it publishes a price guide: 137 prices that Dublin plumbers and Irish price guides publish, from 23 sources, each linked to the page it came from, so you know what's fair before anyone quotes you.

Who gets your request

One plumber who covers your area, not a list of companies. The plumber rings you, talks through the job and gives you the price, and you deal with them directly. Nothing goes ahead unless you say yes, and sending a request is free.

Gas and boiler work is only done by RGI-registered installers. By law, nobody else can do gas work in your home, and you can check anyone on rgi.ie.

What we don't do

We don't carry out plumbing or gas work ourselves, and we don't promise a time: the plumber tells you when they can come. Listing a business in the price guide doesn't mean it's the plumber we pass your job to. We show those prices so you can compare.
